Turner & Wright works on a no payout, no fee basis, with no upfront costs to you. We fund the entire claim, including the expert consultant reports, inspections and documentation, at our own risk.
We charge a single success fee, and only if your claim results in a payout from icare. The rate is agreed with you in writing, in our formal agreement, before any work begins. If your claim succeeds, you receive the settlement from icare less the success fee. If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing, and you keep all of the expert reports we commissioned and paid for.
No cost to find out where you stand
There is no fee for our initial qualification inspection. Our in-house building consultant assesses your property first, and if it does not qualify for a claim, we tell you plainly, at no cost.
